Parking
Cars, Vans, and Small Busses
The closest parking lot is Faculty/Staff 11 (FS-11). Eagle Lot 7 will be permanently closed due to construction soon. There are several ways to purchase parking:
- Advanced Visitor Parking Permit: A visitor parking permit can be purchased for $5 online by logging in here or creating a guest account. The passes are good in all orange Eagle Lots and in Faculty Lot FS-11 in spaces
marked "Visitor" (See Sky Theater Parking Map below). These must be purchased in advance of your show.
- We recommend this method and planning on parking in the FS-11 visitor parking spaces for ANY shows scheduled during the week. However, if your group has 10 or more cars, you might want to consider the Highland or Union parking garages.
- ParkMobile app: You will need to download the ParkMobile App (Google Play | iOS ) on your smart phone and register it with your vehicle. These passes are good only
in ParkMobile lots (See Sky Theater Parking Map, all lots marked with a V have park
mobile parking). Rates can vary some but are around $2.70/hr. FS-11 is only a Park Mobile zone on Friday evenings and weekends (Zone 1511). It is
open for Park Mobile parking on Fridays at 3pm - Sunday at 11:59pm. For other times, you'll want to purchase an Advanced Visitor Parking Permit for Lot
FS-11.
- Other nearby ParkMobile Zones are: 15102, 15101, and 1505 are available 24/7.
- Highland Street and Union Circle Parking Garages: Large groups with lots of cars might plan ahead on parking in these garages. Especially,
those with shows scheduled during the long Fall and Spring semesters between 9am-5pm
Monday- Friday. See UNT Parking Garage Map below for locations.
- Highland Street Parking Garage - standard parking garage with pull tickets. Pay with a credit card when leaving. Not a Park Mobile lot.
- Union Circle Parking Garage- Park Mobile Parking available floor 3 ONLY.
- Free Parking: Parking on the side of the road on Hickory and Oak St is free and open spots can usually be found after 5pm or on weekends. There are also generally lots of spots open here over the summer.

Large Bus Drop-off & Parking
Busses should unload on the west side of the Environmental Science building in lot FS-11 shown in Parking Map.
Busses should park at UNT Lot 35 (See Bus Parking Map below) and plan on returning to the Environmental Science building about 45 minutes after the reservation time. Busses may also park at the Walmart North of Campus on University Drive which is just a few miles north of campus (probably the best place to park). There is no other space available for bus parking. Drivers should plan to stay with the bus.
